May the family and friends of Eleanor be comforted by the promise that God " will swallow up death forever, and will wipe the tears from all faces.." (Isaiah 25:8) What a wonderful time to look forward to when we'll never have to experience losing those dear to us in death ever again!

Kathy, Even though it's been many years since I've seen your mom, I remember. She was so sweet. Know that I am always thinking of you & your family. You can still see her face in your siblings & grandkids eyes. Even though it's a sad day here on Earth, think of the rejoicing in heaven as the angels welcome her. God Bless you all.

After God removes wickedness and suffering, the earth will be transformed into a paradise. Then people will be able to live forever in perfect health and happiness. God’s Word foretells: “[God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.”—Revelation 21:4.
In that new world, even dead ones will be brought back to life to share in those blessings: “There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 24:15) That is why Jesus Christ could tell a repentant evildoer who expressed faith in him: “You will be with me in Paradise.”—Luke 23:43.
I HOPE THESE VERSES PROVIDE SOME COMFORT DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME

Dennis & Dawn,
Heartfelt condolences in the loss of your mother (in-law). Within the past 5 years, too many loved ones have joined the migration for heaven. I guess it's the age we have reached .... and our tough passport to the "golden years". Praying for a calmness as you struggle through your grief.
God Bless-
Cindy
