I thank God constantly for all of the wonderful Christian examples in my life. As I get older, he knows that they have fulfilled their duties to him and calls them home.
Charlie was always one of the earliest to get to church every Sunday. Earlier in my life I would see him helping out in whatever way he could, whether it be ushering, greeting, or folding worship folders. Through Charlie, God richly blessed the community of Wisconsin Rapids, especially that of Good Shepherd.
I thank God for letting me interact with Charlie during his life on this Earth. He will be missed by all.
