To Chris & Family, I'm thinking of you all at this sad time and knowing God will comfort you. He is looking down on us, as the other loved ones in our family are. Billy and I were good friends growing up in Atkinson. Alot of good memories there. We had lost touch and Billy friended my wife Shelly on facebook and we followed eachothers families there. I am so sorry to hear of Bill's death. Though we have not been in touch for a while, it is never easy to lose family. It sounds as though Bill suffered for a while. There will be no more suffering. I am so sorry to hear of cousin Billy Joe's passing and the tremendous loss to his family. I have many fond memories from our youth and young adult years, especially our muscle car years (Buick Grand Sport vs. Pontiac Lemans) of the "crazy 60s and 70s."

It has been a few years since the last family reunion we were at together. It seems like yesterday that his family moved to the Wisconsin Rapids area. It didn't take him long to become a part of the area and to find his sweet, beautiful wife, Valerie. Life has been tough but he was lucky in his brother and his children. Be at peace cousin.

I never got to personally meet Billy but it was a wonderful to chat with him on facebook. I am a cousin and i am still trying to meet all of the Willems family.
