Obituary of Barbara L Luckett

Barbara L. Luckett, age 67, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Marshfield Medical Center. Barbara was born June 10, 1953 in West Allis, WI to Denis and Jeanette (Kreckler) Brearley. She worked for Milwaukee County Hospital for 20 years taking care of the elderly. She enjoyed doing crafts. She was a very caring grandmother and loved to spend time with her grandchildren and her daughter when she could. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Serena (Dylan) Hilberbrandt; grandchildren: Hannah and boyfriend Datton, Tyanna and Davion; sister, Mary (Bob) Dettman; sisters-in law: Debbie Brearley and Sue Brearley; three nephews: Cory (Jackie) Brearley, Terry Frehr, and Marcus Frehr;and special friends of the family, Scott Grob and Amanda and her children. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, fiancé Keith Yonke; daughter, Jessica; two brothers: Mark Brearley and Tom Brearley; aunt Arlene Rudy; best friend Sallie Grob; and other close family and friends. The family would like to thank Janel, Angie, Chris and September for taking amazing care of Barbara and her family in their time of loss. The family would also like to thank the staff at Marshfield Palliative care and Marshfield clinic for their care. There will be no public service or visitation.
