When I met my husband before I even talk to his family the first person I talked to on the phone was Fred. Since then I've played card games with him, and enjoyed him and his wife's company. They are a beautiful couple both in and out. Fred was always Pleasant and fun to be around and I will surely miss him . my prayers are with the family.
Love you guys

Lois and family. We are so sorry for your loss. This came as a shock to us because last we saw him he was so active. We saw him daily on his bike rounds of Turtle Creek. Always stopping in next door at the Swenson’s if the blinds were open and looking for the newspaper you guys shared that was attached to one of the bikes. We will miss him tremendously and our hearts are saddened that you all have to suffer through this. Rest In Peace Fred.

Fred was a leader in the Awana program at the Evangelical Free Church in Pittsville when I was growing up. He was the first coach I ever had, coaching the Awana Olympic team. He was a very strong encourager. I ran hard for him and even got a record in one of the events at the annual Olympics which were held in Stevens Point. As a leader, coach, friend and friend for my dad when he was alive he will be missed.
