Obituary of Colin N. Davidson

Colin N. Davidson, age 19, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Marshfield Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, with a time of visitation for family and friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services on Saturday at the funeral home.

Colin was born in Wisconsin Rapids on December 28, 1999 to James and Mary (Keating) Davidson.  He attended Lincoln High School and graduated from River Cities High School in 2018. 

Colin was loving, compassionate young man who had a heart of gold.  He was known by his friends as the protector, the one who would help and support them through the tough times.  Colin knew how to have fun, he loved to listen to rap music, hang out with his buddies, and enjoyed going fishing.  He was passionate about animals and loved his dog, Lacey and his cat, Orion.  He lived life to its fullest and had a passion for fast cars and trucks.

Colin is survived by his parents, Mary Keating and James Davidson and his siblings, Christopher and Tristan Davidson all of Wisconsin Rapids; his grandmother, Carol Keating of Chicago, IL; his best friend, Tate Abdiu of Wisconsin Rapids; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James Davidson and Maude Armstrong; and maternal grandfather, Kenneth Keating.
