Theirs was the first wedding I ever attended and a dance made it even more special. I was 13 and it was a big deal for me to travel from "the cities" to Rapids and attend. She was a beautiful bride and reminded me always of my Mom. Their coloring was very close, both thin and long fingers. Funny the things we do remember when we get older. She has been ill for quite a while and God has been waiting. I am sure that my Mom and her will have many laughs.
