Nancy and family, My deepest and most heartfelt sympathies and condolences on the loss of Mike. I wish I could be there on Saturday to celebrate his life and memory. I am thankful that I did get an opportunity to see you both a few months ago at which time I did get to thank Mike for being such a strong and wonderful influence in my life over the almost 20 years of working for him (with him would be the way Mike led). If I had any successes at all in my chosen profession, they most certainly could be pointed back to Mike's guidance and mentoring. He was most definitely the best boss I have ever had which includes myself over all my years of employment. Mike made coming to work daily an absolute delight. I will always hold a significant part of my heart for him and will miss his passing. God Bless you all. My prayers and thoughts will be with you over these next difficult days and weeks and pray that you find comfort in knowing that he was loved by so many of us. Wayne

I have so many wonderful memories of Mr. Allen. Being close in age to Terri and Michelle, he'll always be Mr. Allen to me no matter how much time passes. We were neighbors on Carl St and my fondest memory was playing outside with Terri and Michelle playing Ghost in the Graveyard and Bloody Murder. He was so easygoing he didn't mind that we literally beat a dirt path in the yard from running around. He plays a significant role in my cherished childhood memories. Of course, the whole Allen family was there for the us when my father passed away back in 1984. Melissa and my sympathies go to Mrs. Allen, Shari, Terri, and Michelle.
