Though we knew this event seemed to be growing in it’s likelyhood, the moment the news arrives is still a blow to our hearts and souls.
The smiling photo of Senior captures the essence of the personality of the man I remember.
Being just one of the large number of kids he helped nurtcher, I was brought to tears thinking of his infinate patience, and stern encouragement, as I was one of the kids he pulled up out of the water in his beloved Alumacraft.
I am so sorry for your loss, Von Hadens...
Mention must also be made of the extraordinary love and compassion extended by those that steadfastly cared for Senior to the end.
It is a sad sunset today, but the sun will rise again over Crooked Lake...
