Marian was born on March 18, 1923 to Clyde and Helen (Kinkle) Adrian in Cornell, WI. She married Raymond Eaton on June 2, 1941 in Arpin, WI. They were blessed with 57 years of marriage until his passing on April 27, 1998.

Marian was an exceptional homemaker, taking great pride in raising her family.  In her early years, she sang in a trio with her sisters throughout the state, thus developing a special love for music which she enjoyed all her life.  She taught herself to play many instruments. She was a very accomplished seamstress. She could sew anything, including her daughters’ wedding dresses.  Marian enjoyed cooking, watching birds, and flowers; especially lilacs. She was known for her famous Mickey Mouse pancakes which everyone enjoyed. Her cookie jar was always full!  Marian was a very loving person and was deeply devoted to her family. She was always there when they needed her; even as they got older and were on their own. She had that special “something”-everyone who ever met her loved her, and she never said a bad word about anyone.

Marian was an author, and wrote a book of her life. She was very proud of that accomplishment. She published several of her stories in local newspapers.

One of her favorite activities was painting. She created beautiful murals for her home, and painted special keepsake pictures for her children and grandchildren. Several of her paintings were donated to Marshfield Hospital and are on display.

Marian is survived by her daughter: Trixie Livernash; son-in-law Charles Livernash; grandchildren: Teresa (Mark) Dickey, Jim (Chiemi) Hanneman, Don (Emilia) Hanneman, Chuck (Sue) Livernash, Lori Livernash, John (Jill) Livernash, Michelle (Troy) Blake; great-grandchildren: Jeremy Strangfeld, Jake (Krystin) Strangfeld, Ashley (Tyler) Jacoby, Jared Strangfeld, April and Donald Hanneman, Trevor, Madelyn, and Adrienne Dickey, Zach, Tia, and Walker Livernash, Amaya Blake, great-great-grandchild Trenton Jacoby, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond, daughter Shirley Hanneman, son-in-law James Hanneman, two sisters: Helen and Mabel, three brothers: Robert, Richard and Daniel, an infant brother Clyde Jr.,  and an infant sister Carolyn.
