Obituary of Janice M Stublaski

Janice M. Stublaski, age 75, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev. Valentine Joseph will officiate. Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service on Friday at the church. Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids is honored to be serving the family. Janice was born December 14, 1940 in Wisconsin Rapids to Frank and Arlene (Erdman) Flick. She married Andy G. Stublaski on June 10, 1961 at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids. They were blessed with 55 years of marriage. She was employed as a secretary for the City of Wisconsin Rapids until her retirement. Janice and Andy enjoyed traveling and visited most of the 50 states. Janice had a great love of music and the arts and was a regular at local city band concerts and performances at the Wisconsin Rapids Performing Arts Center and the Wisconsin Rapids Community Theater. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Janice is survived by her husband, Andy; daughter, Cindy (Mark) Guse of Wisconsin Rapids; two grandsons, Joseph Guse and Jacob (Kaylyn) Guse; a sister, Eunice Miller; and two nieces, Theresa Furlott Laurie Kittilstved. She was preceded in death by her parents.
