I am so sorry to hear of Desi's passing. I graduated with Desi and thought he was a really a kind and genuinely nice guy. My father (LeRoy Miles from Northland Cranberries) also thought Desi was special in many ways. He will be missed. Godspeed Desmond Mike.

I remember from High school football too. He loved it when we practiced in the mud! Don't know much about him after High school, though. Still sad.

I remember Desi from my early days as a teacher in Port Edwards. Desi helped out with the track team that I coached. He was always a good hearted and happy guy.
