Peterson family,All you girls had so much life and joy that you shed onto others. I recall in jr high when I'd come to visit Athena and Katie, Mel would always want me to braid her hair. I will recall her smile when I braid other young girls' hair. May God's light shine over you during these time of darkness.

Melissa was an amazing person and mother. Fun and outgoing just like me. We had the same birthday and we always thought that was awesome. I regret very much that I was too busy the past few months to spend more time with her. She is in God's arms now and I somehow feel some peace knowing that.
