What a beautiful lady! Grace, dignity, perseverance, kindness, warmth and caring are just a few words to describe Barb. She is a woman who was loved by all who came in contact with her. She was a role model to everyone she met. We will miss her dearly but know she is in a better place looking down on us all.

LI was so very sorry to hear about Barb. I will miss her; her beautiful smile, and her couragous attitude. What an incredible woman! Loved seeing her on the golf course in the summer and at the scrabble table in the winter. She truly loved life.We'll miss you , Barb. Karen

Barb was one of the most courageous and determined people I have known. It was a pleasure to play golf with her in recent years (and Scrabble, too.) Not much got her down, bless her heart.

I loved golfing with Barb. It never bothered her if she was having a bad day, she would just say "it is only a game." Nothing ever seemed to get her down or discourage her, even all the illnesses and surgeries she had as of late. She even handled the dialysis with a smile. I am going to miss her smiling face and terrific personality. God Bless. Peg Klippel

My deepest sypmpathy to the family of Barb. She was one of the most upbeat and accepting people I have ever had the privilege of knowing,and even more so throughout all her health issues. I saw Barb the third week in Dec. meeting her in the bank. I was so happy to see her, and did not realize that she had gone through yet another surgery and illness. She was happy to report she was on the mend and back in her own place after a stay in the nursing home. As always she was so upbeat and positive. We hugged and talked about the next time we would have lunch again and I never knew at that time it would be the last time I would see her. I know we will meet again. She left this earth at a wonderful time of year, as this year she celebrated Christmas in Heaven!! Miss you Barb, but always will remember you and your smile and attitude!!Mary Jane Oehler
