Obituary of Orrin D. Ninneman

Orrin David Ninneman Jr., age 53, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Strawberry Lane Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin Rapids. Services will be 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 4, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev. John Grohs will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 3, 2015 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at the church. Orrin was born on November 29, 1962 in Marshfield, WI to Orrin Sr. and Shirley (Fuller) Ninneman. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1981. Orrin married Ann LaBarge on March 16, 1991 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Orrin was a Mid-State Technical College graduate with a degree in diesel mechanics. Early in Orrin and Ann's marriage the couple started a business together; when they were blessed with children they both took other jobs to help support the family. Four years ago, Orrin reinvented himself by starting Central Wisconsin Janitorial and with the help of the entire family this business has blossomed. Orrin was a dedicated family man who put his family first; he loved nothing more than spending time with them. He was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Orrin liked cars and was a proud owner of his dream car a 2007 Ford Mustang GT. Orrin is survived by his loving wife Ann, children: Tyler (Andilyn) Ninneman, Kimberly Ninneman and Jacob Ninneman; brothers: Jeff Ninneman, Jack Ninneman, Jay Ninneman and sister, Jill Abbott. He was preceded in death by his parents. Orrin's family would like to thank the entire staff at Strawberry Lane for the kindness, compassion and quality of care that was given to him.
