I would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Henke family on this loss. My three children grew up knowing Fred and Marlene as the nice neighbors who would share fresh vegetables from their garden on late summer visits. Years later after Marlene had passed, Fred would take my children on his Kubota for rides on the property. After he shared that his fish has "frozen out" over winter in his pond, my children gladly spent an entire sun-filled day catching fish from our own pond and sharing, in hopes to help to restock his pond. Certainly our time at the property will not be same without a visit to Fred and his loyal dog. Though we know he will be happier with Marlene in his rest, we know too that certainly the world will be a smaller place without his bright light.
In deepest sympathy, The Reissmanns (Bryon, Becky, Triston, Tyler, and Cecelia)

Our deepest sympathies to the entire family. All of us have so many wonderful memories of both Fred and Marlene. Both truly brightened every room they were in.
With love and prayers, Audrey Ferkey and family
