What a shock to hear about Dick. He and his wife were so good to me when I first attended the Wood Co. Unit meetings....so friendly....such good people. Dick will be missed.

Having worked with Dick for many years at Con-way Freight at the Plover facility for many years, Dick was an excellent employee. He knew what had to be done, and was very successful in the performance of his responsibilities. Con-way (now XPO Logistics) would benefit from having more employees with Dick' s knowledge and work ethic. Karlyn, from Diane and I, please accept our very sincere condolences in Dick' s passing.

Richard was one of the nicest guys in our class. He always had a friendly smile and something nice to say. He was so smart. As the years passed by we would only get to share our class memories and comraderie at our class reunions, but it was just as though it was yesterday. We had such a great class, and everyone of us feels like family to each other. We are so sorry to hear of Richard's passing, as it feels like a member of our family has gone away. God Bless you Richard for being part of us.

Dick and Karlyn have a place on little St Germain right near ours. Plus I also work for Conway / XPO in Greenbay. When I talk about Dick to other employees that worked with him always say how helpful and freindly he would be to new employees or anyone that needed help. I remember Dick sitting on his pier fishing or just watching the view. He was always someone to talk about the times at Conway or just to talk. Karlyn and Dick would stop at Menards in Rhinelander where my daughter works and always would talk to her with a smile on their face. You will be missed my freind. Rest in peace thank you for being you we need more people just like yourself. The Brandenburgs . Karlyn if you need anything all you need to do is ask.
