Mrs Starr,
To you and your entire family please accept the condolences of the entire Joling Family. This world will truly be a darker place without Dr. Starr. An absolutely wonderful example of an Officer and a Gentleman. I was truly fortunate to have served with and personally knew COL Starr and am proud to have done that as a fellow member of the 32nd Infantry Brigade. Our annual Red Arrow Club meeting will have another empty chair this year but he will not be forgotten. I salute you Sir and know the Lord will have a grand place prepared.
COL (Ret) Dan and Mrs. Shawn Joling

My condolences to the Starr family. I consider myself honored to have know him and being given the opportunity to be in Bible Study with him & Nancy. His strong belief in Christ and his caring spirit was a true example on how we all should live. He will be missed.

My condolences and prayers for comfort to Mrs. Starr and family. I am thankful for the memories of feeling cared for and the love you showed to my dad, brother and I after the loss of my mother. Dr. Starr had a way of giving me something to giggle at and Mrs. Starr's gentle personality helped us all. Praising God for the lives He touched through you both.

My sincere condolences to the entire Starr family. Though I did not know Clifford very well, I can easily see his influences in my son-in-law, Brad Starr. He and Andrea loved their papa.

I want to extend my sincere sympathies to Nancy and all of the Starr family. Many of my memories include Joann who has been my cherished friend since she arrived in Wisconsin Rapids in 5th grade. I spent many hours at the Starr house and always felt like a part of the family - I think anyone who entered their home felt that way. You have always been so kind and gracious to me and I sincerely appreciate that. I thank and praise God for his faithful promise of eternal life in heaven and know that Cliff is enjoying being in the presence of his Creator. Love and prayers to all of you! Sincerely, Debbie (Bliek) Van't Hul Rock Valley, Iowa.
