I was deeply saddened to hear of Vicki’s passing. I was the editor she reported to when she wrote quizzes for Renaissance. Our relationship grew beyond a working one to friendship. I learned so much about quilting as she helped me when I first started. We had the best conversations at lunch after I left Renaissance. I will surely miss those talks and her wonderful view of life.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Vicki was a wonderful person who was always so kind and generous. Her legacy will be remembered in this community. Matthew, I remember you as a student at Howe School, and I am so sorry that you lost your mom. She was such a special person, and was so proud of you! My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Our sympathies to Vicky's family, especially Matthew. We were privileged to know Vicky, Carl and Matthew when they became steady customers at Herschleb's. After we retired, I connected with them again when Carl or Vicky came to Book World to buy the newspaper and Vicky and I took a knitting class together. I am so sorry to hear about Vicky's passing. Vicky was a neighbor of mine. She always had a smile when we'd pass each other walking our dogs. I remember her as a sweet and kind person.
