I am very sorry for your loss. Death is made even more difficult to bear when we lose the one we love unexpectedly or because of an illness. God promises that we will not have to bear the load of loss forever. “And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” Acts 24:15 Those who have fallen asleep in death will be restored to life. No more will there be sickness, pain, or death for God will destroy these things. All will have the prospect of living forever in paradise on earth. May the hope found in God’s word comfort your grieving hearts.

"Loved to talk about farming and the weather" really does describe Henry. And the part of farming he liked to talk about was cows. He was farming when I first came to the area about 40 years ago and he occasionally helped me treat one of the neighbor's cows if they were not at home. Sorry to hear of his passing.
