Obituary of Nancy L. Marsh

Nancy L. Marsh, age 68, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017, at the House of Dove in Marshfield, Wisconsin surrounded by her family.

A memorial service will take place at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, August 7th, 2017, at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home. Deacon James Johnston will officiate. Visitation will take place from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services on Monday. A private burial service will take place at a later date. 

Nancy was born on May 26, 1949, in Portage, Wisconsin, to Merton and Clara (Hummel) Morgan. She married David Marsh on January 11, 1969.

Nancy was employed at various businesses throughout her life, most recently at McCain Foods in Plover, WI.  She was an avid reader and was known for her ability to make conversation with everyone she met. She loved to travel and to attend her grandchildren’s sporting events. Nancy was the heart and soul of her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, David; son, Shawn (Carrie) Marsh, Hewitt, WI; step-granddaughter, Macy Johnson, daughter, Shannon (Chris) Tibbetts, Wisconsin Rapids, WI; grandchildren: Jordan and Justin Tibbetts; brothers, Fred (Elaine) Morgan, Adams, WI, and Dan (Marilyn) Morgan, Wisconsin Dells, WI; sister, Lola (Harold) Wilson, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Howard Morgan; sister, Maureen Holden; two brothers-in-law: Carl Marsh and Kenneth Holden.
