I knew Tom in high school as a fellow distance runner. Long runs they were, painful runs, looking down at the road in front of us as we pushed our young bodies to see how far and how fast they would carry us. But those times are now lost in the past. I have not seen Tom since a Lincoln High Class of ’70 Reunion in Wisconsin Rapids about 20 years ago. Yet he is one man I would have liked to see again and I regret that Time has not made that possible. My condolences to his Family, especially Jim.
