Obituary of Robert J. LaMarche

Robert J. LaMarche, 52, of Wisconsin Rapids, died February 23, 2017, at Aspirus Riverview Hospital. Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at Herman-Taylor Life Celebration Funeral Home. Chaplain Kristie Kleinbeck will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Bob was born in Milwaukee on February 3, 1965, to Leonard and Darlene (Heider) LaMarche. He married Dawn Slater on April 7, 2004, in Oahu, Hawaii. He was employed as a lead operator by ERCO Worldwide. Bob was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed golfing, riding his motorcycle, making craft brews, traveling, and fishing in the backyard with his son. He is survived by his wife, Dawn; son, Connor; brothers: Gary (Denise) and James (Rebecca); brother-in-laws: Robert (Suellyn) Slater and sister in law Shawna (Jaun) Valenzela; and nieces and nephews: Cassandra, Brandon, Austin, Ashley, Danica, Johnathan, Madison, Taylor, and Justin. He is preceded in death by his parents: Leonard and Darlene LaMarche; grandparents: Lawrence and Angeline LaMarche, Fredrick and Helen Heider; and aunt: Darlene Jacques.
