Obituary of Barbara Buser

Barbara Ellen Buser, age 69, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away due to complications from Parkinsons on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital. Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services at the funeral home. Barbara was born July 10, 1947 in Wauwatosa, WI to William and Edith (Stoltman)Hoffmann. She graduated from Wauwatosa East High School in 1965. She met David Buser it was love at first sight they married just a year later on October 14, 1967 in Wauwatosa, WI. They were blessed with 49 years of marriage and two children. Barb was a very caring, loving wife and mother. Barb always got along with everyone she met. Barb was an excellent homemaker. In her younger years, she loved to bake and cook. A family favorite was her stuffed French toast topped with strawberries. Barbara loved being outside tending to her flower beds and her bird feeders. David and Barbara enjoyed going to rummage sales and Goodwill in search of that special something. She also liked doing arts and crafts and playing fantasy football. Barbara is survived by her husband, David; and two sons: Jeffrey Buser of Wisconsin Rapids and David Buser of Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Jerelyn Whittington.
