Obituary of Dale Martin

Dale Lee Martin, 71, 2710 12th Street South, Wisconsin Rapids, died Monday, November 28, 2011 at his home. Services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 2, 2011 at Saint Luke?s Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Reverend Paul Tonn will officiate. There will be a private burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. Dale was born in Wisconsin Rapids on November 20, 1940 to the late Carl and Mabel (Kallish) Martin. He is a graduate of Lincoln High School and served his country in the US Army. Dale was a good brother and good man. He was very talkative and enjoyed working with people. In his free time, Dale enjoyed cooking, gardening and exploring his artistic nature with paper quilling. Survivors include his brothers, Kenneth (Toni) Martin and Calvin (Judy) Martin both of Wisconsin Rapids; nieces, nephews and friends. Dale was preceded in death by his sisters, Lorraine Casper and Eloda Miller. Friends may call at Saint Luke?s Lutheran Church on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Taylor, Vollert and Jennings Funeral Home is assisting the family.
