Obituary of Edward Pala
Edward Pala Sr., 67, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away on April 6, 2012 at Ministry Saint Joseph?s Hospital in Marshfield.
Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11th at Taylor, Vollert and Jennings Funeral Home, with visitation from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at a later date at Hillside Cemetery in Marshfield.
Ed was born February 19, 1945 in Germany to Ted and Lotty (Wladyslava) Pala.
He worked as a forklift driver for Ocean Spray Cranberries until he retired due to disability.
Ed loved the outdoors and enjoyed feeding and watching animals of all sorts. He was a unique individual and a big dreamer.
Ed is survived by his mother, Lotty Reyes; sons, Ed Jr. and Tom; brothers: Ted (Adrianna) Pala and Jerry (Sharon) Reyes; sisters: Kathy (Doug) Schutz and Adella (Dale) Diamond; and grandchildren: Dillan and Taliya. He was preceded in death by his father, Ted.
Even though he suffered from injuries incurred twelve years ago, Ed never lost his indomitable spirit and lived life his way. We love him forever, miss him always, and will never forget him.
