Lorraine was born in Kellner on January 3, 1928 to the late Clark and Violet (Oleson) Wilson. She is a 1946 graduate of Lincoln High School. Lorraine married Melvyn Marzofka on August 30, 1947 at First English Lutheran Church. The happy couple was blessed with three children, Kathleen, Keith and Kandace. Lorraine and Melvyn celebrated 42 wonderful years together prior to Melvyn?s death on June 18, 1989.
Lorraine was a woman devoted to her family. When her children were young, Lorraine saw to it that each was well taken care of and supported. She was an active band mother for Kathleen, a Brownie helper for Kandace and a Cub Scout helper for Keith. When family from out of town came to visit, Lorraine prepared large meals and was delighted to have everyone together. As grandchildren arrived, she taught them how to bake cookies and as the years passed the grandchildren still came and baked cookies with her. Lorraine faithfully stayed in touch with family through letters or on the phone.
Survivors include her beloved children, Kathleen (Robert) Kublank of Wisconsin Rapids, Keith (Cindy) Marzofka of Scottsdale, AZ and Kandace (Ron) Heiser of Sun Prairie; grandchildren, Matthew Kublank of Wisconsin Rapids, Nathan (Carrie) Kublank of Verona, Megan (Jon Klock) Kublank of LaCrosse, Clark Heiser and Jill Heiser both of Sun Prairie; great-grandchildren, Madeline and Olivia Kublank; sisters-in-law, Grace Pike Anderson and Shirley Pike; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Harold Pike; and siblings, Glen Pike, Gwen Neumann Casey, Kenneth Pike, Elaine Alft, Mary Woodman and Roger Wilson.
