In Memory Of James Blonien
James Joseph Blonien, 53, was born into eternal life on April 28, 2012 at his home in Rudolph.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 5 at St. Philip The Apostle in Rudolph. Father Timothy Welles will officiate. Inurnment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Rudolph. Friends may call at St. Philip The Apostle from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, with a rosary prayer at 10:30 AM.
Jim was born to the late Joseph George and Mable Alloway and was adopted at an early age by the late Lillian Blonien, a very caring and loving mother. He is a 1977 graduate of Assumption High School and later attended Mid-State Technical College. Jim married Tammy Roseno on September 19, 1987 at St. Philip The Apostle in Rudolph. He provided for his family by working as an electrician with IBEW Local 388.
Jim was so proud of his daughter, Nicole and treasured the time he spent with her. He took great pleasure in sharing his quick wit and funny sense of humor with family and friends. In his free time, Jim enjoyed spending time outdoors, going on 4-wheeler trail rides, camping, and fishing. He received his love of road trips from his mother, Lillian.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 24 years, Tammy; the light of his life, daughter, Nicole; siblings, JoAnn (Ron) Giese of Marshfield, Carole (Harvey ) White of Iron River, MI, Jeanette George of Iron River, MI and Hazel George of Crandon; adventure buddy, Emmet Peterson; special cousins, Jody and Terry Fochs; big brother, Andy Goodson; and extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother, Gerald George.
