Walter's Family - I have been friends with Alice & Walter for as long as I can remember - I lived down the street from them when was growing up. I love these two so much as they were so giving and even hung out with me to pla nickel poker as I wasn't old enough to go out to the bars. It was probably one of the best of times I had knowing them. When I got married and had children I took them to met Alice and Walter. I was so sad when Alice passed because she was such a wonderful and so much to share about growing up and her life. I learned a lot from both of them and I will miss them both dearly. I go by the old house often and think of them and think of the past - so RIP Walter and now you're home with Alice and you two can be together again. I love you both. (Manz)

Dear Walter's Family - I am so sorry for the world's loss of Walter. I have known him and Alice since I was a kid growing up down the street from them. They were always very kind and full of life. I remember after I graduated from high school but still too young to go out to the bars, I spent most my summer evening playing nickel poker with them - some of the best times were spent doing that with. When I got married and had my children, I took them over to meet Walter and Alice. They were both very kind and so open to new things. I will so miss them and everytime I go past their old house, I will think of all the good memories of them. I just know that Walter finally gets to go home to Alice and they can spend the end of time with each other. RIP Walter and let Alice know that everything is okay here and that you two can be happy now. I miss and love you both.

Just a note to say how sorry I am for your loss. Walter drove milk truck for my father, Russell Cole for several years, as well as worked on our farm just south of Vesper. Wally was a good man, easy to get along with, and a very hard worker. We will keep Walter and his family in our prayers.
