Obituary of Thomas Lund

Thomas E. Lund, 56, of Wisconsin Rapids, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 in Wisconsin Rapids. A family held graveside committal will be Friday, August 16, 2013, at 2:30 pm, at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, Wisconsin. Thomas was born April 26, 1957 at St. Mary?s Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin to Lavern and Mary (Murray) Lund. He married Dianne Reyna on April 12, 1996 in Jefferson, Wisconsin. He served his country in the United States Army from 1978-1981. Thomas is survived his wife, Dianne; three sons: Troy (Deanna Martz) Lund, Jeremy Lund, and Mathew (Erin) Lund; eight grandchildren; his mother, Mary Lund; and three sisters: Audrey (Larry) Olson, Veda, and Nancy Goslawski. He was preceded in death by his father. His friends and family always knew him as Major Tom. Herman-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Center of Wisconsin Rapids is assisting the family with arrangements.
