Obituary of Carol Berry

Carol Patricia (Leary) Berry, 72, of Wisconsin Rapids, died Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Strawberry Lane Medical and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, October 14th at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until the time of services on Monday at the funeral home. Carol was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 17, 1941 to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lesich. Throughout her life, Carol was married to Robert Mott, Donald Leary, and Jim Berry. The marriages ended in divorce. Carol owned and operated several taverns in the Wisconsin Rapids and Northern Wisconsin areas. Cooking, sewing, and crocheting were the hobbies Carol enjoyed. Survivors include: one daughter, Deb Mott (Steuck), Wisconsin Rapids; two sons: Robert (Lori) Mott, Wisconsin Rapids; and Brian (Brenda) Leary, Eau Claire, Wisconsin; five grandchildren: Stephanie and Cody Steuck, Brittany and Jasmine Leary, and Breauna Dawson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert, and grandson, Shane Hodge.
