Obituary of Brenda Stone

Brenda Jean Stone, age 64, of Oshkosh, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at her residence. Services will be at 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 2201 Chestnut Street, Wisconsin Rapids. Visitation will be from 11:30 A.M. until the time of services on Saturday at the funeral home. Brenda was born December 18, 1948 in Wisconsin Rapids to Frank and Clara (Arndt) Kester. She was employed by Hofmaster Inc., a division of Scott Paper Products in Oshkosh and retired after 30 years of service. Brenda was a woman like no other and she loved everyone unconditionally. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, playing cards and dice, and trips to the casino. Her greatest joy, however, was her family and especially her grandchildren. She was one of the greatest givers of all time. Brenda is survived by two children: Candice Heidi Miller of Germantown and her children Bryce, Kyle, and Trey-Trey, and Norm Stone of Milwaukee and his son Corey (Heather) Stone of Fort Bliss, Texas; her significant other, Dale Kolz of Oshkosh and his daughter Randi Kolz (Jessy) and her children Taylor, Dominic, and Calli; her ex, Gary Stone; former son-in-law, Scott Miller; five sisters: Lillian Wilkins, Lucille Mageria, Doris DeBuhr, Judy (Pat) Parmeter, and Barb Hewitt; one brother, David Kester; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters: Evelyn Lee, Elaine Erickson, and Eileen Fuller, and three brothers: Richard Kester, Raynard Kester, and Gerald Kester.
