Obituary of Tomeko Wolf

Tomeko M. Wolf, age 78, of Wisconsin Rapids, died late Friday, November 29, 2013 at Ministry Saint Joseph?s Hospital in Marshfield. Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 6th at Nekoosa United Church of Christ. Rev. Timothy Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery in the Town of Saratoga. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 P.M. on Thursday at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids and from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services on Friday at the church. Tomeko was born in Sendai, Japan on June 2, 1935 to Masaki and Kiku Miura. She married Ray Wolf on November 18, 1968 at the Tokoyo Embassy in Tokoyo, Japan. Tomeko was a member of the Nekoosa United Church of Christ and its Priscilla Circle. She was a very loving, caring person who always put others? needs in front of her own. Tomeko enjoyed taking care of her home, and cooking and canning. She had many interests including: crocheting, gardening, bowling, sewing, reading and the love of music. Survivors include her loving husband, Ray of 45 blessed years; one daughter: Christina (Tom) Klinkhammer, Neenah, WI; and their children: Alex, Emelia and Grace; grand dog: Cooper; sister: Kimiko (Tomutsu) Yamaha, Shizuoku, Japan; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.
