Obituary of Patricia Ann Doan

Patricia Ann Doan, age 86, of Wisconsin Rapids, entered into eternal life, Friday, November 13, 2015 at Our House Assisted Living. Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Entombment will be at Forest Hill Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home on Monday, November 16, 2015 and again from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service on Tuesday. Patricia was born on April 13, 1929 to Bernard and Bertha Bacon. She attended schools in Wautoma, WI. She married Franklin John Doan, Jr. on September 1956 in Berlin, WI. She was a faithful member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Patricia was a wonderful homemaker and mother. Patricia was a devoted foster parent for 29 babies. She enjoyed going to the YMCA for workout club. She sold Jafra Skin Care Products and Sarah Country Jewelry. Patricia is survived by her children: Tom (Cindy) Doan, Sue (Ron) Akey; grandchildren: Dan, Amy, Christy(JR) Brandl, Jeremy, Shawn, Josh and Heather; great-grandchildren: Steph, Isac, Sherr, Kaci, Jonnie, Wyatt, Zac, Tristen, Alycia, Alex, Zak, Noah, Sierra, Jordyn, Justina and Tanner and one great-great- grandchild on the way; brother Dick (Julie) Mischka; nieces: Jeanette, Jackie, Jolene and nephew Rick. She was preceded in death by her husband Franklin, parents, step-son Bob and her sister Mary Endthoff.
