Obituary of Dorothy Young

Dorothy (Caasgegui) Young peacefully departed at her home with her family by her side on Friday July 18, 2014. Dorothy was born December 25, 1928 to Clara Hopinka and Guy Sees. She was married to Frank Young in 1950. They had five children: Moe (Bonnie) Young, Cindy (Mitch) Redcloud, Joe (Lysa) Young, Sandy Young, Becky (Jonsey) Miller. She was a skilled craftswoman in traditional styles of beadwork and weaving. She also enjoyed playing bingo, gambling and spending time with her grand children, great grand children and her great great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank Young, her son Maurice "Moe" Young and grandson William "Agownee" Young. Visitation will be at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids on Sunday July 20th from 10am to 1pm. After visitation she will be returned to her residence in Vesper. Traditional funeral services will be on Monday July 21 beginning at 10am with Billy Daniels officiating. Final resting place will be at the White Cemetery.
