Obituary of Marilyn M. Weslaski

Marilyn M. Weslaski, 62, Wisconsin Rapids, died early Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Wisconsin Rapids Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, after a battle with lieomyosarcoma. Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, July 28th at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Rev. Kevin Ader will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Fantcher, WI. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services on Monday at the funeral home. Marilyn was born in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, on May 10, 1952 to Chester and Leona (Kosobucki) Helminiak. She married John J. Weslaski on October 24, 1982. He died on May 8, 2014. Marilyn was employed by Renaissance Learning in Wisconsin Rapids until her time of disability. Survivors include her two sons: Allen Musch, Stevens Point, WI; John Weslaski Jr., Wisconsin Rapids, WI; stepchildren: Kevin (Claire) Weslaski, Racine, WI; Amy (Larry) White and Vicki Ironside, both of Wisconsin Rapids; six grandchildren; sister: Carol (Jim) Krutza; brother: Dennis (Kathy) Helminiak; mother: Leona Helminiak, Port Edwards, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband: John Weslaski Sr; father: Chester Helminiak; sister: Rosanne Purdy; and stepson: Allen Weslaski.
