Obituary of Mildred Mae Zach

Mildred Mae Zach, age 93, of Wisconsin Rapids, died Friday, August 15, 2014, at Harmony Living Centers, with her loving husband by her side. Mildred was born August 5, 1921, in Mason City, Iowa, to John and Filomena (Novak) Straka. She was married to William Zach on February 5, 1944 in La Jolla, California. Mildred is survived by her husband, William; daughter, Sharon (Tom) Zach Ertl; grandchildren, Tom Ertl, Denise (Allen) Ertl Hansen, and Lisa Ertl; great-grandchildren, Billy Ertl, Ronald Hansen, and Allisen Hansen. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Lee Zach; her parents; one sister and one brother. The family would like to thank the Harmony Living Centers' staff and manager for their wonderful care of Mildred. Burial will take place in Worth, Illinois at a later date.
