Dear Sean and Mike,
I wish I could be with you today. Please know you are in my thoughts and I will remember your mother as the day passes. I will be in a classroom this morning, just where your mother thought I should be. Dearest Mary Jo, my mentor and friend of over 30 years. You changed my life forever when you convinced me to go to college. As a single parent of young teenagers, College was a daunting challenge, but your encouragement kept me on track. In my senior year you graciously served as my cooperating teacher as I spent a semester in your SPASH classroom as a student teacher. A couple years later I was teaching English at Milwaukee Area Technical College. I have loved my years in the classroom and it was all thanks to you and your loving guidance. We spent many happy hours at your kitchen table, and drank a tank car of coffee. I will love and miss you forever. Give Marv my love and say hi to Helen. My Dear Mary Jo,
I will always miss you. We've been friends since we were 18, and it seems like yesterday. I will miss our long conversations and all the fun we had when you came to New Mexico. College would have been boring without you! But most of all, you silly girl, I will miss your laughter. I have never laughed so much in all my life, every time we were together or gabbed for hours on the phone. It was such a joy having you in my life. All my love and hugs to you, Svenny

Mary Jo I know you will be my Angel on my shoulder as in life your shoulder was always there for me to lean on. I miss you so much but I know you are happy and at peace. We will be together again when I come home too,but in the mean time we are still together each and every moment!! <:^)
