Obituary of Daniel Robert Martz

Daniel Robert Martz, age 28, of Wisconsin Rapids died unexpectedly on December 2, 2014 at his residence. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery in Chippewa Falls, WI. Daniel was born on February 19, 1986 to Daniel and Tina (Thiede) Martz in Chippewa Falls, WI. He spent his childhood living in Beloit, WI and later moved to Wisconsin Rapids. Daniel attended school for auto mechanics and body repair. Daniels passion in life was fixing and rebuilding cars. He liked to go fishing. Daniel liked to spend quality time with his family and friends. He was a loving father, who enjoyed being with his children. He had a giving heart and compassionate soul. He was loved by so many and will be missed deeply by all who knew him. Daniel is survived by his children: Jayda, Malikai, Kayden, and Rylyn Martz, his mother Tina, three brothers: Christopher and Justin Thiede, Jordan Hoffman; two sisters: Deana Martz and Kaylyn Thiede; two aunts: Lori Thiede and Brenda Martz; two uncles: Leroy Thiede Jr. and Steve Martz; girlfriend Amanda Vause and her son Landon, as well as many other nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Daniel Martz, his grandparents Virgil and Judith Thiede, and his grandfather Robert Martz.
