Obituary of Nessa Rose Downs

Nessa Rose Downs January 25, 2015 Born nine weeks early and weighing only 3lbs 10oz, Nessa was able to cry and open her eyes but due to complications with Bilateral Renal Agenesis, her small lungs were not able to keep in the air her little body needed. Just one hour after coming into this world, Nessa Rose Downs passed away at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. During her short life on earth she touched many lives and was loved by all who met her. Nessa is survived by her parents: Paula (Rottler) and William Downs; siblings: Jayden, Jackson and Nathan; grandparents: Patricia (Rick) Beyer, Roy Rottler, Burl Stainbrook, Cindy Stainbrook and Maryann Downs; great-grandparents: Richard Schoechert and Kathy Rottler as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Nessa joins her great-great grandma Rachel Berg; great-grandparents: Mary Schoechert, Russell Rottler, and George and Marie Wartsbaugh; grandpa Robert Downs and aunt Rhonda Windus in heaven. Services will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev. Dan Bohn will officiate. Burial will be at Pioneer Cemetery in the Town of Saratoga. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
