I too worked for Roger when he was a supervisor at Consolidated Papers. He was fair and understanding. Still he got the work done. I always liked and respected Roger. He will be missed. Jeff Lobner

Roger was one of my supervisors in Converting, at Consolidated Papers. One day, we had a lazy person who was doing everything he could to get out of doing his job. Roger came by, and could see what the problem was. He slammed his fist down on the air table, and told the guy he knew he was just plain lazy and tuned him up fast! Roger's size could be intimidating, but I respected him because he didn't beat around the bush. He was right, and could get things turned around fast. He was a gentle guy also, just do your job and he left you alone. He was one of my favorites! May God bless you and your family! Connie M. Zwicke
