Was so sad to read of Nita's passing and yet, a comfort to know she is at peace now. I first got to know Nita as the school bus driver when each of our sons started kindergarten.They will be 46 & 49 this summer! Later I got to know her very well - as I became a school bus driver for Adams Transportation of Vesper too.The kids adored her and she loved them! Will always remember her as one of the nicest people I ever got to know.Hoping Gene is as well as he can be - probably also comforted by the thought that Nita can now rest in peace. Thinking of the Diercks Family at this sad time - so sorry for your loss! With sympathy - the Glen & Flo Halverson Family

To the Family of Aunt Nita, You all have our Deepest Sympathy,, We pray your hearts will heal with the help of the Lord. Aunt Nita was always there during the thick and the thin. You knew if she liked you but if she didn't like you she would let you know. She shared her kindness and her caring manner and her compassion with everyone she met. She loved her family with all of her heart and in return her family gave her a wonderful and fulfilled life. Please rest in Peace Aunt Nita, We love you!

I have wonderful memories of Nita as a school bus driver.... she made the trip to Vesper Elementary kindergarten in 1975 less intimidating with her reassuring manner and ability to relate to children.... rest in peace... Kevin Shaw

I have many fond memories of your Mom (and Dad) and all they did for my Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Floyd. They were always there to help, whether it be getting groceries, or just to lend moral support. Your Mom was very special.

Barb, Our deepest condolences to you and Pete and to your dad, brother and sister on the loss of your mother. I was always impressed by her ability to bus the kids back and forth to school for her entire career. It takes a special person to take care of so many children for so long!
