For sure, there's something I will never forget about Mr. Markuson (I have to still call him that even in my 40's) and that is our living room, or kitchen-side conversations about wrestling both at the high school level and at the collegiate level. His warmth was palpable so it made it so easy to talk to him and feel welcomed in his home. Oh, and the one time he subjected me to his most recent flavoring taste test and the mustard flavor that singed my taste buds. We had a good laugh on that one. Our love to the Markusons and remembering the good times with them in this sad hour.
