Obituary of Allan CJ Knapp

Allan CJ Knapp, age 38, of Elverta, CA, born to Randall and Jayne Knapp August 30, 1977, oldest son of two children, went home to his Father in Heaven unexpectedly Monday, September 21, 2015. A Celebration of Life was held on Friday, September 25, 2015 with his extended family and friends in California. Military rites and burial will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Port Edwards Municipal Cemetery in Port Edwards, WI. The Rev. Dean Anderson will officiate. A Celebration of Life will follow at Red Sands Shelter House, Lake Wazeecha, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. He was a caregiver providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to individuals and family. Allan just finished attending college receiving an Associate Degree in Healthcare. Allan also enjoyed biking, skydiving, donating time, spending quality time with his girlfriend and family and was always doing random acts of kindness, he touched the hearts of everyone who met him. Their home was a refuge for rescued animals. He served with the US Marine Corps in the Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 1st Marines, 1st Platoon from 1996 until 2000. Allan is survived by his girlfriend Antionette Ferris, Elverta, CA, parents Randall Knapp, Nekoosa, WI, Jayne Knapp, Riverview, FL, one brother Jason Knapp, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Grandparents, Clayton and Isabelle Knapp, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Grandmother Kay Neukirchen, Wisconsin Rapids ,WI and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and his beloved dog Bosco. He is preceded in death by Grandparents James and Sue Ketelle, Aunt Vicki Bennett, Uncles David Ketelle and John Ketelle and Cousin Isiah Voss.
